To better utilize this former conference room, located next to one of Carmel-by-the-Sea's most popular (and rowdy!) bars, we reimagined it as an overflow game room. Drawing inspiration from the concept of an unfinished basement, we created an elevated version of that space that blends casual charm with purpose. A custom shelving wall system evokes the look of open stud walls, while a curated collection of vintage furniture—sourced from numerous flea market finds—captures the eclectic, lived-in feel of a bonus room, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and fun.
