Studio Linh is a design firm specializing in boutique commercial and hospitality spaces that blend functionality with a sense of comfort and elegance. Named after its founder, “Linh,” meaning “soul” or “spirit” in Vietnamese, the studio takes a thoughtful approach to creating clean, welcoming environments for dining, travel, and work. With a strong focus on “Resimercial” design – spaces that feel as detailed and personal as someone’s home but are tailored for workplace functionality – Studio Linh delivers durable, versatile, and multifunctional spaces. Every design is driven by end-use requirements, ensuring that operational needs are met while maintaining a refined aesthetic.

We partner with you from concept to completion to create a space that not only meets your brand’s operational needs but also embodies its unique identity. This starts with understanding your team and diving deep into your brand story, allowing us to craft a tailored programmatic layout that flows effortlessly. From there, we handle everything—architecture, furniture, signage—attending to every detail because we know that bringing a brand to life means thoughtfully shaping each touchpoint. With a strong foundation in project management, we prioritize clear communication and an adaptable, personalized process to ensure the project stays on track, on budget, and on time. The finishing touches—styling, accessories, and, when needed, an operational handbook—bring everything together, making the space both fresh and functional.

How do you charge for your services?

We bill a flat fee for a fixed design phase, as defined by the scope of the project. We bill an hourly by retainer rate for all procurement, project management, and ongoing services provided after the design phase.

Do you handle purchasing?

We do! We offer a seamless procurement service that is billed on an hourly basis (see above). From start to finish, we handle every detail for you. After submitting a proposal for your approval, we take care of the entire process—coordinating orders, receiving shipments at our warehouse, inspecting, and securely storing all items until installation. We offer all products at retail prices or their equivalent, ensuring transparency and value at every step.

Do you level bids?

Absolutely! We thrive on getting involved from the very beginning of a project and assembling a top-notch team of contractors and consultants. We’re more than happy to evaluate and compare multiple bids, ensuring you have the right experts in place to bring your vision to life.
